How To Use Screen Protector Plotter To Cut 12.9 Inches Large Front Film?

First, we place a 16 inches film on the Special Backing Plate and flatten it. And then press it with your hands.
Here please be noted that there are two positioning edges for alignment.
Second, adjust the positioning slider to a suitable positon and tighten the screw to fix.
Third, pull down the film pressing bar. And adjust the pressing wheels to the proper position.
Here please be noted that the film pressing wheels on both sides should press on the edges of the protector film.
Fourth, now we can place film. The machine will detect and feed the film automatically.
Here is a note too. Small size film (like phone film) is fed in horizontally. And the 16 inches large film is fed in vertically.
Fifth, we have to adjust the gear of the cutter head to 4.
Sixth, select a tablet brand which we need.
Seventh, find out the corresponding tablet model.
Eighth, select the drawing which we need and click “CUT” button.
Now, the machine starts to cut explosion-proof film automatically.
After cutting done, we take out the cut explosion-proof film.
Ninth, align the explosion-proof film with the holes of iPad screen, and flatten it.
Tenth, flat the positioning strip with a big scratch card to fix the film closely.
Eleventh, pick up one end of the explosion-proof film and use a scratch card to push and stick the film from the positioning strip to the outside.
Twelfth, pick up another end of the explosion-proof film. But there is one thing we have to do is we should pull the film back firstly. Then use a scratch card to push the film forward and stick it.
Once finished, flatten and tighten the edges of the screen with a scratch card.
Finally, we can clean the screen protector with a clean cloth and remove the top protective layer.
