How To Use ZERO Screen Protector Cutter Of High-end Version?

Unboxing Screen Protector Cutter

You will see there are a consumables package and a machine host while unboxing the outer carton. The consumables package includes blue anti-slip mat×1pc, screen cleanser×1 bottle, small size scratch card×1pc, iPad big scratch card×1pc, Nano clean cloth×5pcs, imported tungsten steel knife needle×3pcs, knife holder×1pc and high quality power cord×1pc.

Cutting knife installation

Before using the machine, we have to install the cutting knife at first. Take out one of the imported tungsten steel knife needles. Then put it into the knife holder.

Once done, we install and fix the knife holder with a screw. Before cutting a film, we have to adjust the gear. The gear should be adjusted to 4 as we will cut a front film in the following part.

There are some tips for gear adjustment. Please keep going to see.

1. If you need to cut out a front film, the gear should be adjusted to 4.
2. If you need to cut a back film, which the material is carbon fiber, leather or snake grain leather, the gear should be adjusted to 3.
3. If you need to cut 3D embossed back film, the gear should be adjusted to 1.
4. If the screen protector is not able to cut, the cutter gear needs to be adjusted by one more gear.

PhoneCut App Installation

Scan the QR code of PhoneCut App. Follow the prompts to download and install it with your mobile phone.

Note: If you are using an iPhone, please go to the AppStore and search for PhoneCut to get the App.

Pairing Bluetooth

Once installed the App. Next is pairing Bluetooth.

First, enter account and password to login.

Then, connect power cord and turn the machine on.

Next is place the front film. The machine is able to detect and feed the film automatically.

Click “Setting” button, and open your phone’s Bluetooth. Pairing the Bluetooth with screen film cutter. Once done, there is a tips of Bluetooth connect success poping up. And the words of “Bluetooth is connected” will show on the right top corner of your phone.

Model Selection

To be continue. Select the model of front film which you need.

First, find out the corresponding mobile phone brand.

Then find out the corresponding phone model.

Click “Cut” button. The Screen Protector Cutter will automatic cut the film.

Cutting done, taking out the film.

Paste screen protector

Before pasting a screen protector, we have to clean up the screen with a screen cleaner.

Now, start to paste the screen protector.

First, remove the film from the screen holes.

Second, take out the cut front film.

Third, align the front film with the holes of phone screen, and flatten it.

Then, press the positioning strip with finger. And flat the positioning strip with a scratch card to fix the film.

Pick up the end with a phone receiver hole of the front film. And use a scratch card to push and stick the film from the positioning strip to the outside.

Tips: Please note the edge-finishing position. Use corner to close the edge, no scratches.

Pick up another end of the front film And use a scratch card to push and stick the film from the positioning strip to the outside.

The tips of Edge-finishing position is as same as above.

After pasting, flat and stick the screen protector tightly with a scratch card.

Once done, remove the top protective layer.

You can see the effect is perfect. No bubbles and no scratches.

All the operating steps of Bluetooth version are displayed. The following is built-in screen version operation.

Before cutting film, we have to enter account and password to log in through the intelligent touch screen.

Film cutting

First, place the front film. The Screen Protector Cutter will detect and feed the film automatically.

Second, select the model of front film which you need.

Find out the corresponding mobile phone brand.

Then find out the corresponding phone model.

Click “Cut” button. The machine will automatic cut the film.

Once cutting done, taking out the film.

Remove the film from the screen holes.

The pasting steps are as same as the Bluetooth version. So I do not repeat it here.
